I bought this to pull back a dead tree that was leaning over a fenced in grave site on my property. It worked like a charm. This device is great quality and It was also very clean and not greasy like you might expect. It is heavy though, so I'm going to buy a duffel bag to put it in.

I use these all the time at Wheat State welding LLC. for commercial use these seem to be very heavy duty have a lot of safety features that you don't find on other chain hoists at this price point. The quality is very high and I have nothing but praise for them. Do yourself a favor and get the one with the long chain you'll never regret it. These are a heavy duty product that weigh I'm guessing close to 40 lb. For their intended purpose they are awesome in every way and beat a wire rope come along hands down for ease of use and safety. I threw all my wire rope come along from the trash once I got some of these.

Bought 2 of these to use as a light duty tool to move small items around and assist in swapping large rear axle housings. I wouldn't trust it for anything critical but they work very well for what I need. Being able to choose the chain length is a great option at purchase. The selector lever is a bit close to the wheel so be careful you don't pinch your fingers. Very light weight. Bought 2. One had a defective brake so swapped it out for another new one. The 2 i have now are working well. You are getting what you pay for..... lots of slop and stamped sheet metal parts, but again, they have served me very well and are at least solid in function.

The quality of this product is super durable. I really like the appearance of the manual com along. The size and the smooth performance and the price was perfect for our off road journeys.

Worked great. The handle being able to go 360 makes it way better than a normal cable type Come Along. Also having 20 Ft of chain makes taking up the slack in the cables easy. The only downside may be its weight, but most of that is the chain. I’m very glad I bought it.

This is an absolute waste of time and money it will lower with ease but that’s all it’s filthy black oxide all over it and will not lift very unsafe and when you email they only give you the run around take pictures make videos try this etc and after several back and forth emails all I found is the customer service matches the quality of this product. Combine the service and the product will get you no where very unsafe low quality I was in the middle of a project and was several days in with the back and forth games so I threw mine away and bought a quality one from my local Lowe’s.

I came really close to ordering a different brand because of the reviews I was reading. Mine came clean and neatly packaged and wrapped in plastic. I have only used it twice. I use it to hoist the front of my John Deere commercial mower to change the blades. Works smooth and for all of you construction and oilfield workers, you will be impressed with how “user friendly” it is. I also remember several bad reviews because of dirty rusty chain but here’s my experience - I don’t even use gloves when I operate this one.I am pleasantly surprised and more than satisfied. Hope you have the same luck.
