I've been buying a cheap pillow at Walmart every 2-3 months when it wears out. I knew I needed to find something better but have always been very particular about pillows. I have a lot of issues with the disks in my neck and overall back/hip issues. After 2 weeks of gradually using this pillow, it seems to be a winner!I start out on my side to sleep but then end up on my back most of the night. I am using the flat side mostly and have been sleeping very well with no pain in my neck/back in the morning. It holds up well between your shoulder and your head when on your side, which has taken away the pain in my shoulder when I stayed on my side too long. On my back, my head is supported without feeling like it is too high from the rest of my body.I have tried the hump-side but I'm not sure that I like it. The other thing - my old pillows would roll back between the mattress and head board, but not this one. It stays totally even on the mattress. This pillow is a bit heavy so you have to understand that you can't just throw it around. You may need to get larger pillow cases as the standard size barely covers it all but I don't see that as too much of a problem.I think pillows are a very personal item given that everyone's body, sleep habits, etc. are specific for each person. But I do see this one working out for me. The price point was perfect for me, especially if I can keep it for more than 3 months! I have no experience with a return but if they really do take it back if it doesn't work at a 30 day trial, that's even better!

I’m picky when it comes to pillows and I approve of this particular product. It has great support and the contour fits the curvature of my neck very well. The memory foam seems to be high quality and after a month of use it has held up very well. The outer materials are comfortable and I have noticed a nice cooling effect.I would definitely recommend this pillow to anyone.

This is a nice size pillow but it is too stiff. It is a great product if you need extra neck support for an injury and you cant have your neck moving all over the place. It definitely hits your pressure points but I could not sleep on this every night.
