Excellent Alternative to the Real Deal
I grew up in South and Southeast Asia and miss these tropical fruits. It truly tastes 'pure and simple' and picked at the right time (ripe). I tested rehydrating it with some room temperature water and it transformed almost into the texture of a fresh lychee...without having to peel it (or fish it out of a can with with syrup and/or preservatives). It was delicious, and the residual water had a hint of lychee flavor. Most of the pieces were whole or large. I also tried CHAVI's freeze-dried longans and the taste was good as well but many had crumbled to powder.

The label was peeling off - I wasn’t sure how fresh they were - Tasted strange. Will not buy it again.

Perfect garnish for Lychee martinis. The powder at the bottom of the bag can be used as a rimmer.

Peanut Butter and Dragon Fruit Chip sandwich!!!!! TRY IT!
My world expanded when I was camping and started to make the boring old PBJ. Well, there was mold 9n the jelly. I thought to myself…what can I use instead. Dragon Fruit Chips might suffice. I took my first bite and thought I heard angels singing. Oh my……you must try it! Good quality white bread, peanut butter on both side and a layer of these delicious, crispy Dragon Fruit slices. You take a bite…taste that peanut butter and the CRUNCH/YUMMMMMM you hit the Dragon Fruit and as you chew you rejoice with every crunch. No sticky jelly on your fingers. Your mouth says YES to the varied textures. I will never go back and now I must order more. I’ve looked around and this seller offers a good deal. Yes, jelly is cheaper….but these crisps are made from a fruit that is pricey so expect to pay more than you would for a jar of jelly. Also, these are so lightweight which makes them great for hiking.

Sweet is right!
Berries are puffy like pork rinds but not crunchy. They are super sweet and a good substitute for sugar in things like smoothies.
