Different settings for different wants or needs. I didn’t find any setting to be too intense but you can feel it and adjust accordingly to your comfort level. Very sticky, but the holder is flexible, thin and comfortable. 100% follow the instructions taking it off the maintain the pads. Sturdy for the weight, reasonably priced, and couple it with your gym workout to bolster results. I’ve used these in the past with success and would recommend this one if you don’t want to throw down a ton of money for a unit, it’s quite effective. I like the detatched arm pieces as well, that was an added bonus. Easy to install and read dials, three way charger included for all pieces. Thank you!

I found this product to work well. I saw results in just 10 days. The only problem I had was, I found it to be a little too small. If it was larger I would buy it again.

Excellent product, it works great my core is stronger and my abs are rock hard, I've been using the product for 6 months and decided I will write a review.

I have to say that I ordered one product but received a different one. However, they were extremely quick, efficient, and kind in offering to resolve the situation. The replacement product they sent me is amazing — I really like it, and it helps stimulate the muscle after working out. Highly recommended!

It seems OK, did not attched as well as I thought it would. Stopping using after a week

Once I got it on it feels like it's doing some work. But the problem is the instructions don't tell you how to put on the gel pads properly so after I messed up one or two I figured it out that there's a sticky part on both sides you got to take off one of the plastic protectors then put the gel pad on the unit and then take the other plastic part off and gel pad stays in place. And it doesn't make great contact unless you kind of hold it. But I could definitely feel it working and on other reviews says that your abs do get sore and probably your biceps too so it's got to be doing something.
