If you are a map lover, this is not for you.
How can one market a map of Central America, in 2024, and get the border between Mexico and Guatemala so spectacularly wrong? Have a look at the enclosed image. The top half is a photo of one of the placemats, showing "Guatemala" in lime green. The bottom half is from Google Maps, showing the correct borders. Did the map makers not have access to the Internet? That's not the only amateurish feature of this map. Notice, for example, the misspellings (e.g. "Guadalajara" as "Guadalahara"), or the double (and overlapping) labels for the Gulf of Mexico, or the use of the the same color for adjacent states, or the sloppy typesetting,If you are a map lover, this is not for you.

inaccurate and confusing too
The media could not be loaded. see video review. There are more errors that I am not mentioning but the video shows some. The main frustration is the use of blue for countries. It makes it difficult to see where actual coastlines and waterways are.The other is that things are either unlabeled or mislabeled. I understand political disputes, and there are land areas that are fought over, like cashmere, but my second grader pointed out some errors, the most glaring one being that Quebec Canada is labeled as the United States.

Nice placemat
Simple design and features. It protects my table while my 3 year old eats their food. Easy to clean. A fun way to introduce geography.

great idea
I love exploring geography and countries, but need large enough print to read. This is a fun way to learn where the countries are. Great educational tool .

7 out of 8 were perfect
I like the look, but I did have a problem with them. The Central America map was not included and there are two South Americas. I tried getting a new one and it had the same issue. Even though one map was missing I decided to keep them because I like the map style.

Just 1 typo
These are easy to clean. A nice large size. We enjoy using them for our regular table mats and we often refer to them during conversations or watching television and current events, world events. There's just one typo on the United States Mat which could be confusing for someone that does not know their geology well. It has United States written on southeastern canada. Other than that. These are awesome.
