This has stopped working and won’t open and now has keys inside I can not access. How can I get into it?

You can't. But what you can do is press the cancel button and then try the last key combination you set. If still not working, lightly spray WD40 over the keys and press one at the time all the buttons, then press the cancel button and repeat this action about six times. then try putting in the correct combination to open it. If this does not work, consider other options, like has it been damaged, has the combination changed even though you thought it hadn't. Just methodically work through all options.

how does the keysafe fasten to the wall?

If you drill holes inton the wall, using the correct sized mason drill bit (as per instructions), you then use the bolts provide and screw directly into the wall. There is no need to use rawl plugs as the bolts cut there own threads into the mason wall. I hope that this helps and good luck.

I mounted mine in a waterproof box with a door, but if they are advertised as being IP65 or IP66 they will be water and dust proof.
