Super cute set!
This is such a cute set for a fraction of the cost of the name brand. If you’re used to legos, just keep in mind these pieces are much smaller and the instructions are more complicated. They’re more like ikea furniture building instructions.

Pain in the neck, but great!
I bought this for my wife, and she has a love hate relationship with it. It's her first build, so I think we started off a bit too hard, but she has a great time putting it together. She has to take frequent breaks though due to getting frustrated. The pieces are all great quality, though the instructions took her a lot of getting used to. She made a couple mistakes and had to dismantle almost the entire build to fix them, just because she was off one peg on page 1. She's almost finished building it however, and it's super cute! Great value for what we paid.

Fun to Build
I loved building this set, and I love how pretty it is! The images that I provided are of some of the smaller details that they saved for the very end of the build. My only complaints are that toward the end of the build is where the instructions tell you to put the plants. It would’ve been better to do those as you built up.I had plenty of pieces left over in case I lost anything while I was building, so there weren’t any missing parts. The price for the size and the amount of pieces you’re given is good.

Difficult but fun
I'm laid up from an accident and I'm constantly trying to find interesting things to do that challenge my mind while trying to recover. I was searching model sets on Amazon thinking it could be fun to build something when I came across this set. I remembered how much I loved Legos when I was a kid and thought the size of the pieces would make it more difficult. Boy was I right about that. The pieces in this set are TINY! Luckily, I have fingernails to help hold the pieces as I tried to place them (FYI if you have short nails you may want to invest in a good set of tweezers). My only two complaints are that the pictures in the directions can be difficult to read at times (but if pay attention it's not that big of a deal) and that the pieces are not sorted. This means you have to dump all the bags into a large container (not included lol) and sort them yourself. At first, I tried to sort through as I went but quickly got frustrated. So I pre sorted and bagged them in small baggies with the step numbers on the bag (hint I put 15-20 steps per bag. It was much easier to find what I needed and didn't waste a lot of ziplock bags). As long as you do that, then you should really enjoy building this cute little castle.

It is a LONG build, but worth it
I ordered 2 of these for myself and a friend to assemble together over Thanksgiving. We spent HOURS over that weekend and still had only made it maybe half way. This assembly is NOT for someone who is impatient. It takes a LOT of time and a LOT of patience to sort the bricks and to assemble fully. The instructions are better than some off brand brick builds I have done, but they are not as good as the name brand brick instructions. The build is really adorable and honestly was worth the time. I like it a lot and it looks good on my shelf with my other builds. I HIGHLY recommend having many little containers to sort your pieces into. Also be ready for some sore fingers - the corners on these tiny pieces are so sharp!

Many of the pieces have been fitting together terribly and have been popping off as I put others on
It's taking forever to complete because pieces aren't staying connected. The bottom doesn't stay together at all. I've had to restart 3 times due to unclear instructions. It's been a huge headache.I can't tell if it's just mine because other reviews were good, or if I'm just having a harder time. But I was really excited for this. It's more irritating than fun, but I'm trying to power through.

This was a lot of fun.
First and most important, invest in a pair of bent nose tweezers. The pieces are very small and bent nose tweezers make it so much easier to handle them. No missing pieces, in fact hundreds or extra pieces were provided. Glad they did too because you will lose a few of them during the build. The instructions were easy to follow and the build was very secure and well made. This is definitely a project for adults or patient teens. Looking forward to my next build.

Watch for shiny dots on the base
Instructions weren’t exactly clear and the little shiny things on the base wasn’t mentioned. The 4 sides weren’t numbered along with the bags of pieces. It would have been helpful if it told you how to do the base. I’m very frustrated. I spent 2 days sorting the pieces.
