So comfy. I specifically looked up this pillow on Amazon after staying at an AirBnb that had them because I slept so well. I don't notice any smell, its very soft, but supportive. Its hard to explain the firmness because I haven't had any other pillows like this. Its like. Bouncy.

This is the pillow I've been looking for, nothing is better than a latex pillow. It keeps it shape and doesn't collapse. I've had a latex pillow on and off for 78 years, I'm old. I highly recommend this pillow.

Not too firm, not too soft. Very comfortable and cool. Seems to be keeping its shape. Great price for latex.

OMG - total sleep improvement!! We have been using king & queen pillows for a long time which has been good but so much around our heads & shoulders we both would wake up achy and tired. I housesat for one of my kids and slept with this pillow - when I got home I immediately ordered these for us both in Standard size and we sleep like babies and wake up to no pain as our frame slept in synch all night. I also bought silk pillow covers. Love them both. Highly recommend!!

My old latex pillow finally had to go and I found this JOTOM on Amazon after a lengthy comparison of other pillows. I could not find another SOFT pillow like my older one so instead I choose the MEDIUM SOFT JOTOM. I was afraid it might be too hard for me but as it turned out, it's just perfect. It's very comfortable and gives my neck and head perfect support whether I sleep on my side or on my back. thank you JOTUM.

If it actually had thicker foam, it would be perfect. But as it stands, you lay your head on pillow and darn near flush to the mattress. In my 60's so disgusted I can't ever find good pillows - anywhere.

Just what I was looking for. I’ve had this type of pillow my whole life. It’s usually hard to replace because some of these types of pillows are too thick. This one is just right and allows me to lay on my side and keeps my spine straight. Great pillow. The only negative I have on this pillow is that the case holding the pillow is quite thin. You will probably need to protect this pillow with more than just a pillow case.

Not quite as soft as my old one but I will get used to it. My old one was about 40 years old so you get your moneys worth from these pillows. I'm not too sure about the sizes, I ordered a standard one and it was very small. I had to return it and get a queen size, which is the same size as all my pillows. Very happy.

Packaging a bit of an issue to remove, with extra strong sticky tape and cardboard. Scissors and fingers put under strain to prize apart. Arrived in good time. Pillows are lovely and soft and offer good nights sleep.
