These bars are heavenly. They taste delicious and fill me up for hours! When I first bought them I wasn't on a GLP-1, now that I am, I can eat one of these and be good for most of the day. They are definitely on the pricey side, so I only buy them occasionally.

I like being able to get a good dose of protein from one quick bar. Great for food on the run. The taste isn't delicious but it's not hard to eat either. Very edible for a low sugar bar. My only drawback is that with the chocolate covering, they get messy in the heat so I can't keep them any place warm for too long.

Do not buy. Supergut bars are sweetened with erythritol, which is associated with several health risks. More information is needed before determining its safety (see attached).
