I brought two of these for my children to wear on holiday. They look fantastic! They are nice and light, so they doesn't drag as much as a t-shirt.Good fit and great sun protection. Because the material is thinner and less absorbent than a t-shirt, they dry out much faster (so the kids don't get as cold when coming out of the water), and they are also much cooler to wear when dry.The only issue for me is price and durability. - After only a few trips to the pool, and a couple of days on the beach, I noticed the material was starting to wear thin just below the elbows, where the children had been climbing out the pool, and playing on the beach. The material itself is quite strong, and I guess this is difficult to avoid wear to abrasion.At £10 each, they are quite expensive (when compared to a plain white long sleeve T-Shirt), and they might not last as long if your children spend a lot of time crawling around.However, they are much better than t-shirts in every other way, so I would still highly recommend them. - Just be a bit careful not to wear them out.If you are going somewhere where the water is cooler, then it might be worth considering a thin (2-3mm) wetsuit instead, as these don't cost a lot more. Better still, buy both, so you have the choice.

Used these on a slightly chilly holiday in Mallorca and they kept the breeze off too, bit like a slight wetsuit effect. Both kids happy with them!

It fits my 8 year old well. Great colours. Looks good. Would recommend. I have now bought two in different colours.

Bought this for an almost 9yo who is tall for his age. He’d already caught the sun, despite high strength sun cream being used, so we wanted to avoid the sun damage worsening. The top fit perfectly and was very comfortable.

We've owned two of these, the first lasted a while but got stretched when my child decided to play with it in the pool, tying it between two things. It lost all elasticity so we bought another one. Unfortunately the second seemed to lose all elasticity very quickly despite my son being careful with it. The arms are too long now and it's not a snug fit around the body.

Did not come with thumb loops as shown in picture. When I tried to resolve the member of staff at mountain warehouse wouldn't check if they had one in stock with thumb loops then ended the webchat before I was finished

I love this top! I purchased it for my little boy for our holiday to Thailand. He has fair skin and nearly all of the tops I could find had short sleeves and I wanted a long sleeve one to protect him in the pool.This one protected his skin from the sun and he didn't burn at all. It's very soft to touch and very comfortable to wear. It washes well and it doesn't take long to dry. I'd definetly buy this again and recommend it.

Well made, fits great and washes well. Allows kids to stay longer in the sun without getting burnt and also keeps them warm when needed.
