I needed to fit a sat nav to my motorcycle and all the onboard connections use these, buying these allow for additional splicing without damaging the original wiring.

I neeed these for an outdoor 12V light and these seemed to be very suitable. The box has plenty of connectors and you have the normal mahine strip of pins (male & female) , cable sealing plugs and a range of connector ways.A word of advice - you will no doubt swear a few times if you have never put these together before, especially with the pausity of instructions provided. You need to understand which bits take the male pins and their orientation and the same for the female. These are designed for crimping, however as I find with other crimping needs - manual crimping can be very hit and miss .. and potentially just destroys that pin! Do have a look at others swearing on Youtube to assist in your initiation!My tip (which I use for other connectors) is to use pliers to form the shape and then solder, rather than crimp the terminal. I do then crimp the bigger cable part of the connector (onto the insulator outer sleeve of the wire) It will be more permanent and just works!

Item arrived in a broken plastic box so all the parts were mixed up, there is also no instructions included and no list of what the box is supposed to contain. Absolute junk, avoid.
