Tried getting it replaced no luck 😕

TO the manufacturer
Just a heads up to the manufacturer, who designed this but obviously doesn't use it. YOU NEED to put the door opening the other direction. Most of the radiant heat comes thru the glass which will almost ALWAYS be facing TOWARDS people. If you put the Stove against a tent wall the door opens into the WALL and not inward towards the individual making it far more difficult to not only add fuel, but more likely a stray spark will put a hole in the tent.
