Really excellent product for massage and pain/stress relief at home. As a sick person who used to love real massages, this is the best replacement I've found.The tools are pretty well made and very sturdy. A few chips and cracks on inexpensive Amazon stuff wasn't unexpected but don't effect my experience enough to track down flawless tools. A rough spot here and there on a few rollers? Still feels good. Maybe I'll file them but I use these over thin clothing so I don't notice. I use the curved one almost ever day, almost everywhere. It's the most versatile if you're looking for only one piece. The piece with the blocks was originally a bonus for me but gives the best deep tissue massage ever.Be careful! These tools require the same aftercare as a real massage. Stay hydrated! I got pretty sick underestimating how effective these are at releasing all those toxins.Absolutely recommend this set.
