This product takes several minutes to be absorbed but I'm okay with it because makes my skin feel more more moisturized once it's absorbed. The push button dropper is great because regular dropper with rubber tops tend to leak at times. Push the button down on the lid to draw up the serum in the glass dropper and then push the button again to release the serum in your hand. Then distribute serum around your face and neck. Wonderful product!

I expected more of a moisturizing oil serum. It is not. For some this might be great but for me I woke up feeling like I was dried out

I usually like Tula products. This one is definitely not bad, but I just couldn't give it a raving review because I found it too oily. Oily isn't always bad especially if you are like me, someone that applies skincare before bedtime, so it isn't like anyone (except husband, significant other, etc) will see my greasy face. From that aspect, then yes, this is a great moisturizer.My skin felt very moisturized after use and it doesn't feel sticky or tacky. However, you can clearly see and feel a layer of oil on your face. There are some oils that quickly gets absorbed by the skin and you won't really feel anything when you touch your face but this one takes quite a while for that to happen and whenever I touch my face I can feel the oils. Make sure to shake it very well before use so the ingredients are well mixed before you dispense some onto your hands. If you don't you'll just get all oils and none of the other stuff, or vice versa. I do love that it doesn't have any fragrance and doesn't smell like anything. I'm surprised it doesn't even have that "no fragrance" smell that some products have, which comes from the mix of all the ingredients.My other complaint is the dispenser. It is dropper style and does a great job at getting the serum but when you press the button to dispense it squirts and splashes, so the oil splashed on my laptop keyboard, my table, etc. You have to press the button very slowly and gently to keep it from splashing onto other things. I do like this type of fancy dispenser and see it in many skincare products these days but in this instance with this being quite an oily serum, I did not appreciate it as much. Another issue I had with this product is the first ingredient on the list - dimethicone. Had I taken a closer look at the ingredients list before getting this I probably wouldn't have. I'm surprised this has silicones, and while it isn't a deal breaker, it is an ingredient I try to avoid. The rest of the ingredients seem fine for the most part, I had no issues with it.Overall this is moisturizing and has no scent, which is a great aspect of this serum. I am going to keep using this until I'm done but as of now I think this isn't one I would repurchase.

This overnight serum despite the description "oil concentrate" has a very pleasant serum consistency, which is not oily at all. Usually night creams or other night time routine products are very oily and rich in texture, but this one is light in texture and absorbs fast. I thought it will be a good night time routine helper as an oil base for my gua sha massage but this product does not work for that because it absorbs way too fast and doesn't allow the gua sha tool to glide. In fact I am very glad to find a lightweight night time routine product because I do not like those other sticky night creams. I have acne prone skin and been fighting this issue for quite some time, this product helps my weakened skin with prebiotics and probiotics by helping to maintain the balance I have lost due to acne product usage. Also because of acne I have more pigmentation and break out spots. The ingredients in this product help work towards evening out my skin tone. A good product and I am continuing to use it every night.

All I know is, after the first night of using it, the next morning my husband complimented my skin. He said I was looking really beautiful and that my skin was looking great...and I am not one to wake up looking radiant first thing in the morning. So, sold! It is an oily consistency (not surprised since it is an overnight oil) but it is meant to go on before bed and it was completely absorbed for me by morning. My skin felt and looked great! Just don't use too much at once. I have sensitive skin that can get rash or break out with some products but so far this one has cause me no issues at all. I am a big fan! I'll definitely keep using this and come back for more!!

This is an overnight skin care product by TULA, the blue/mint bottle is nice and it is only a 1FL oz bottle. I had a very difficult time figuring out on how to open the cap and use this product, nothing happened when I pressed on it, then I twisted it but no visible spray opening, and finally when I twist and pull the cap off; I realized it has a droplet tube. You have to shake well before using it, the texture is very oily hence only for night usage so it can get absorbed while sleeping. I think 1-2 drops is more than enough. The substance inside looks like aloe vera and algae mixture. It has a very light leafy scent to it. My still is glowing while applying it, it gets absorbed rather quickly if you don’t over apply. My skin does feel soft the next day but I haven’t finished the bottle to see other benefits it has on my skin. Definitely need better cap design.
