Silent Journey Lockable Roof Racks for Volvo XC90 2015-2025, Less Noise Cross Bars, Off Road Trip Roof Bars Accessories

Very pleased. Fits my 2023 Volvo XC90 very well. Drove 800 miles with a rooftop carrier attached. Solid and tight. Noise factor was what I hoped based on company representation.

I needed crossbar rails quickly for a trip with my roof box. They worked as advertised. They seem solid. Took a minute to figure out how to put them on but wasn’t too bad.

Very sturdy and easy to install

Crossbars were 1/2" too short so they shipped me a replacement.

This is a pair of nice slim low profile dark roof rack for my XC90. I have a pair of Volvo roof racks, and would like to give this pair a try. Here is what I see:1) Installation was relarively easy but more complex than the Volvo branded. The Volvo one has a big turn know to tighten the clamp to the roof bars, but the SNIXWOO requires a wrench to tighten two screws.2) Volvo roof rack's both ends has a movable caps which are connected to the rack, but the SNIXWOO version's end caps are completely detachable, kind of a little easier when tighten the screws, but one may misplace the caps. This won't happen to the Volvo one.3) The SNIXWOO roof rack bars are made out of Aluminum, same as the Volvo one. Bars and end caps are all black, so may fit better for darker cars. My XC90 is white, so not that great when comes to color matching. But it really doesn't matter to me. But most people may see they fit better on darker cars such as black, dark blue, etc.4) The SNIXWOO roof rack bars are signigicantly thinner than the Volvo in terms of the cross section. This leads to less total loading (170 lbs) and less strength. But leads to less win noise, which is a plus.5) A pair of keys are included which is a standard practice for roof rack bars.6) Only $160 dollars which is a third of what I paid for the Volvo ones. Great value in my opinion.Overall I'll give it a 5 star rating. I'd recommend it you are on a budget and looking for light to medium duties.

This is literally the easiest install ever!!! It's so simple, and so easy and looks so good on, its hard to believe. I have another one that is from a very expensive company (OEM) and it was a horribly expensive price too! So these at less than half the price are a no brainer! They look great, hold well onto the rails and are super impressive.TIP:1. Tighten them up with a little play at first, then go back after you are SURE they are even on both ends (I aligned mine with the sun roof to be sure it was straight in the front) then go back and tighten them down the rest of the way.2. Be sure not to go too far forward on the roof, you want it back a little so that the car topper is not cutting the wind. My car topper is huge, so I have to put it a little further forward for the trunk to open.3. You want to be sure that the rear is close enough that your topper is going to reach before you do final tightening and that you can open the trunk :)Enjoy! 100% 5 stars!!

Good fit for the XC90. Like most products of this type, I did not need to drill anything. I think the bars look great and I like the extra weight capacity of this as you can place a sturdier, heavier cargo carrier on the rack.
