I received these mugs today.. They are very nice, however one of my mugs had the handle completely broken off! I’m hoping they’ll replace the one mug, so I don’t have to go thru the hassle of returning them all. My review score will change accordingly!

I'm not a connoisseur of fancy or funky drinks, I prefer to stick to straight alcohol. My wife and son, on the other hand, have a custom of kicking off the weekend with some sort of fancy drink, usually made by my son, the aspiring mixologist.He's been asking for a set of copper mugs and so here we are. According to moscowcopper.com:"Copper mugs were perfect for the beverage because Copper conducts temperature and takes on the mule's temperature when it's poured into the glass. This keeps the mule cold and frosty while enhancing the vodka flavor and natural properties of the drink."What you see in the picture is actually a Mexican Mule, as my son didn't have the ingredients on hand for a proper Moscow Mule, but wanted to dive right into using these mugs when they arrived.All I can say is that they liked their drinks and my son says they serve their purpose. Party on.

These are nice mugs, though let me get this out of the way, I do prefer the solid copper ones without any steel or tin lining. Yes, I realize there's lots of controversy on the Internet about acidic liquids such as alcohol or lime coming into contact with copper, but I believe most of those claims have been grossly over-exaggerated and since debunked. That said, I figured I'd try some with the lining to add to my collection. (Yes, I do have a collection of these mugs! LOL 🤣) One thing I've found is that there is less condensation on the outside of the mug with these as the stainless steel insulates the ice from the copper. That can be a good thing if you don't want soaking wet coasters. Purists will tell you you need an unlined copper mug for full authenticity, but I don't know... I don't mind having a few less drips on my furniture when I'm serving Mules to a house full of guests, do you? On the other hand, in a side-by-side taste test, I found the pure copper mug to keep my drink slightly colder. And that's just science since the thermal conductivity of copper is greater than that of stainless steel. Taste wise, I couldn't taste a difference between the two though, other than the chill factor, so claims that a Mule tastes better in a pure copper mug... I'm not so sure about that!At the end of the day, this is still a nice set of mugs and a good consideration for anyone who prefers a lined mug for their Mules (and less drips). And the larger capacity is great too! Enjoy!

These are ok. The metal is a bit thin. The handles are not comfortable to grip. Overall, they are basic mule cups and would make good party favors, but I wouldn't necessarily purchase them for lifetime use.

These copper mugs are great for mixed drinks. They have a lovely finish and patina.I think they're fun to hold and I like them so well for cold drinks.They make a fun table setting for juice at a brunch as well.I find them to be a nice size and they wash up easily.I tend to handwash them quickly versus putting them in the dishwasher as handwashing is recommended.They also make a great cup for drinks on the patio and deck. No worry about glass if they get dropped or spilled over.

I love these mugs but my hubby unknowingly stuck them in the dishwasher. I don’t need to tell you what happened. Will replace soon!
