My 5 year old loves to use these knives to help me cut veggies and fruit for dinner!They work fantastic and are sharp enough to cut through food without making a mess.My daughter doesn't get cut with these even with all the times she has accidentally hit her finger with the knife. So I would say this is very safe.I always hand wash them just so I know they don't get messed up on the dishwasher.

I got these for my 8-year-old who is terrified of knives. I wanted something for her to practice cutting with without the worry of getting hurt. They turned out to be a hit - she loves them and honestly, so do I, haha. They work really well and are super easy to clean. They're sharp enough to cut things like fruit, veggies, bread, and softer meats without cutting skin. You'd really have to try hard to hurt yourself with them. The wavy chopper also works great as a cheese cutter. Overall, a great purchase. They've helped my kiddo get over her fear of knives, and they're so effective that I find myself using them often too.

I bought these to use on a really old china serving platter that I didn't want to scratch. They work great at cutting through steak and not leaving marks. They are sharp.

My 4 year old granddaughter absolutely loves these knives. She always helps me cook and bake.
