Immediately broke during installation! Bought this case a few months ago as a back up and set it aside until my existing waterproof case from a different manufacturer wore out...that time came today as while river rafting in Northern California this weekend I noticed that water had gotten into my prior case...so pulled this new case out that I had been saving. Easy installation instructions that I followed exactly, however, after installing and testing the ringer dial above the volume buttons, the dial simply broke off! I did not force it in any way...just turned it one way to test turning off the ringer, which worked fine...then dialed it back to turn the ringer back on when it just broke off! Very disappointed as I was pretty excited since the case was of a much slimmer design than my other case, and it feels pretty darn solid in hand...but the fact that it broke during installation is a real letdown. Return/exchange policy is 30 days, but unfortunately I had this set aside for almost three months before actually using it. Major bummer! :(UPDATE: Was sent a brand new complimentary replacement case at no charge and this one works perfect. Was camping and boating in the Tahoe National Forest over the weekend and inadvertently waded to shore from the boat with my iPhone in the pocket of my cargo shorts...horrified at first, I was ecstatic to find that the case did its job and protected my phone from any water damage. Unfortunately, my wife's iPhone 6 wasn't so lucky in it's Otterbox Commuter case as it totally fried...now she's back to her old iPhone 4s until November when she's eligible for a free upgrade. I think I'll do her a favor and pick up one of these waterproof cases for her once she gets another iPhone 6s.

Just got it today and already see how great this product is. As a mechanical engineer I am very technical and picky of waterproof cases but this design does not disappoint. I would go as far as to say this is better than any iPhone case I have purchased( YES BETTER THAN LIFEPROOF JUST FWI). Usually there is design flaws like a rubber button on the side where you silence your phone and it eventually falls off but they have a twist knob so that will not happen. And also there is a small kit to replace the charger hatch if it breaks (I'm a little rough and this is convenient because I've broken these before and once broken completely renders the case no longer water proof). I also have an issue when the charger port size does not fit some models of chargers and this is not the case because it fits all. Not only is it top notch engineering but the price is unbeatable. OHH! and you automatically get 1 year warranty with the purchase. You'll be seeing more people buy these and it will be because I will be spreading the word like wildfire and showcasing my phone case to people. Thank you for a great product I will be buying again.

I had two Lifeproof cases before this one. I had issues with their charging port door, the volume/silence button, the thumb print cover, and sound. The thumb print covers always failed and broke, the charging port seal kept coming out until I'd lose it, and in order to switch from sound to silence I used my teeth. People tended to have trouble hearing me and I couldn't hear them as clearly. I decided to try this one since it seems to address some of these issues. I am able to switch from sound to silence much more easily and the charging door doesn't have a separate seal I might lose. It passed the waterproof test after immersion in water for over an hour. I use this case since we live near water and do not plan to swim with it. Seems silly to swim with an $800 camera when I have a waterproof camera for $150 that takes better photos. Also, people are louder and no one has said that they have trouble hearing me.My biggest issue with this case is that my aftermarket charging cables don't fit (they do fit Lifeproof). They would, if the hole for the charging port were centered vertically, but it's not. I measured the apple charger and it’s .18” tall x.3” wide. The charger I had for Lifeproof measures .22” tall x.36” wide. The door for the case is approximately .44” wide x about .22” tall, but because the hole is offset and there is more space above the slot than below, you can't fit a .22" tall charger cable. I'm currently looking for a charger cable that is shorter. Other than that, I like the case so far.

We ordered a case from another company first by mistake but at the same time ordered two cases from this company for others in our household and when we found out that this black case we bought for my son wasn't what we wanted or meant to order and reached out to cell ever they was happy to help and sent my son a new cell ever case out without charge due to the fact we had such a problem with the other case from the other company and had bought two other cases already from cell ever. Cell ever is the most caring, best customer service, friendly and all around BEST company I have EVER ordered from online in my life! They will be sure you are very happy with your product and if for any reason your not they will go above and beyond to try to make you happy with a cell ever case. These cases are amazing! They are very strong built and will for sure keep your phone safe, scratch free, and it is completely water proof which is wonderful for my two kids that take they're iPhone's in the pool and they LOVE taking pictures under water!!! I would recommend this case or other cases or colors from CellEVER, you really can't go wrong with the case or the company!

This case is great. It saved my phone from an accidental rising tide mishap, although I was too nervous to put it in the water before that. After dropping it a bunch of times, pieces of the case broke off so I knew it was no longer waterproof. They sent me a replacement as soon as I reported the broken case.It took me a long time to put the second case on, but when I did I was in a rush and the knob that toggles silent mode on and off was a bit askew... not sure if that was a defect of the case or my fault. But anyway, I just recently took the case off for a minute and when I went to put it back on, the entire silent mode knob had fallen off the case and disappeared.I doubt my warranty is still valid, but I will attempt to contact them about it. Fingers crossed they’ll send me a new one. Even if they don’t, it was well worth the purchase!!!

Everything about this case is worth the money. I bought this case over half a year ago now and have dropped my phone multiple times on my concrete floor, yet my phone still has zero damage to it at all. However after dropping my phone so many times the case is starting to crack at the edges so I messaged the customer service about it, and me not expecting much was shocked and amazing when the seller told me they would send a new case right away. Now I have a brand new Case without any cracks or anything!! I’m Super impressed.

Update: Do Not Buy as a waterproof case! Although it held up in my sink test, the first time I tested its waterproofness in real life it leaked and completely destroyed the IPhone 6S.. I checked all the seals before I took it in the ocean, everything seemed good and yet it still leaked enough to destroy the iPhone within minutes of entering the water. If you just want a case it’s decent I guess, but the entire reason I bought it was to use it in water and it Failed! I’ve used a Lifeproof Case with my iPhone SE in the ocean/pools etc and never had an issue with it so just spend the money and get a real case, it’s worth it!Excellent case comparable to Lifeproof at half the price! Straight out of the box I tested the waterproofness of the case; I sealed it and held it under water with some weight for ~40 min and when I pulled it out it was still sealed airtight and no water had leaked in. The case snaps onto the phone very firmly and feels very sturdy and durable. This makes it a little difficult to get off, but they give you a tool to use that works well to remove the case. You can also remove it without the tool, but it is a little difficult. I like how the case is fairly low profile, I’ve had other cases that work well but are too thick and chunky to be functional on a daily basis, whereas this case can be. They also have a 1 year warranty which was quick and easy to sign up for online, just be sure to sign up within 30 days of your purchase date. Colour is as described/pictured. It also comes with an Aux extension that screws into the case to provide a water-tight seal. My only concern will be the durability of the touch screen component of the case, it works very well out of the box, but it feels a bit flimsy so will have to see how well it holds up. Great case. Sturdy, good colour. I was happy that the headphone jack was accessible because I used to have to take my phone out of my old very expensive case to access the jack. Unfortunately with this case to charge it I have to take it out of the case as the access to the charging port will not accommodate any of my lightening chargers

Better than expected! Came packaged securely with clear instructions and a number of spare parts in case small pieces get lost.I haven’t put it to the “ooops!” test yet but it looks nice and watertight. My touch screen and finger print lock work well with it and my side buttons seem to work better through the case than they did with my Otterbox.It is a plastic case, not rubber so it’s a bit more slippery than an Otterbox but it does come with an optional lanyard if you’re especially clumsy like me. I opted to add a Pop Socket and it’s super comfortable together - light, slim, and gives some stability without needing to grip if you’re a Pokémon Go addict like myself!If you’re gift shopping, this is great! The packaging was really nice - definitely what you’d expect to find in the electronic stores and they include all their contact info for questions, concerns, and warranty issues.
