A well made product that works perfectly. I’m an older female and I bought these for safe exercising to keep muscle tone.

These are exactly what I use at my physical therapy sessions, so I am able to continue my exercises at home.

Absolutely love these bands !! Didn't really know if they would give me a workout, but they did. Impressed me enough to drop a gym membership!!

I bought the black band to replace an Intey black band that broke after years of use. I liked that one, but could no longer find it. This one is definitely thicker, heavier and requires more "pull". They are not equivalent, I should have gotten the next step down--my bad. The colors apparently don't necessarily correspond to tension across brands. Anyway, it is a very tough, durable feeling rubber. More so than the Intey. The downside is that the hard edges dig into my hands more than the my prior band and can be uncomfortable. Also, the rubber is slick, so it is more difficult to get a grip. I thought maybe there would be a break in period and this would improve, but it hasn't. Basically, it is a very durable material that should last a long time, but the compromise is that it is not as forgiving--I find myself using gloves to help avoid the discomfort. I guess it would work fine as an assist for pull-ups if used around the feet/legs. But for arm exercises where you grip with the hands this could be an issue for some.

I bought these after the wider, thinner bands that I had wore out. I initially laughed at the smaller bands, but then I realized the smallest is literally perfect for my neck exercises. I've now had these for approximately 40 minutes and have already got a great workout in for my upper body. I have to work everything around my spine otherwise I'll be in line for a fusion very soon and these are going to be perfect. I'm 6'3" and while I don't look like the model, I'm not weak. I feel very confident these won't snap with harder use too. I can't believe these were less than $25.

I love these bands. They feel like a sturdy quality product. I can now do so many gym exercises from home. Money well spent.
