Everything you receive for the price you pay is amazing, the balloon arch turned out well and is easy to follow directions.I did my balloon arch a day early to save time, and stored it in a garbage bag until the event. This is a great decor package!

The tacks are not the best when it comes to gluing it on the wall . But other than that , 100% recommend !!
