I LOVE this thing!!!
I use this every day of my life. I love it so much! Low profile so I barely tell its in my pocket until I need it which is nice. Programmable which is nice. Not the most user friendly interface but its only a couple buttons so its no big deal. The battery life is insane! I can't remember the last time I charged this... maybe a week ago or so? Its at around 75% right now. That's insane. I wish everything worked this well lol. The strobe function is great for self-defense, although I thankfully haven't had to use it for that yet. When the strobe is actually pointed in your direction its very disorienting and its one of the reasons I bought it having checked out my friends' Nightcore EDC27 first before buying. I'm so glad I did. Its totally worth the price. Again, I used this maybe 5 times a day because my eyes are starting to go bad, everything I own is black or grey and I'm always needing a flashlight.

A Gentleman’s Flashlight
I’m a flashlight aficionado. I own at least a dozen flashlights of various brands, from Surefire to Streamlight. This is my first Nightcore and after using it for a few weeks, I am impressed. The first thing I’ll comment on is that it’s more of a gentleman’s flashlight. I wouldn’t bring this light into any situation where extreme ruggedness is required. That’s not a bad thing, you just choose the right tool for the job. Slim and compact, a good light to slip onto your front pocket. The locking feature is a must. When the owners manual warns you that at 3,000 lumen output the light gets hot, they aren’t exaggerating. Accidentally having this light go on in your pocket would not be pleasant. The adjustable beam strengths save on battery discharge significantly. But I do find myself drawn to using the 3,000 lumens as it is truly blinding bright. It has a good flood beam, not too wide or narrow. Clean with no yellow tinge or halo effect. Comes with its own charging cable and it charges fully, fairly quickly. The only improvement I would recommend to Nightcore is to include a small pouch with a belt loop. I find that when sitting down with the light clipped onto my pocket, it digs into my upper thigh.

Awesome
This flashlight is sick. Rock solid construction and incredible brightness and battery life for the size. It takes a few minutes to figure out the controls, but it's worth the effort. Plus, you get easy access to the brightest or most dim mode with one button press. No toggling through settings required for the 2 settings you're most likely to use on short notice. This is going right in my uniform pocket. Money well spent.

It's incredibly slim, yet very powerful.
I was was ecstatic to learn about a 3k lumen pocket flashlight that I could carry to concerts and airports where I couldn't have my conceal carry on my person, and it delivered, it's bright enough that you can't shine it at a wall on max and look at the wall without temp blindness. Not only that but I can use it as a regular flashlight with variable power. I cannot begin to explain how awesome this flashlight is. There's a lock to ensure you don't turn it on while it's in your pocket, and speaking of pockets, it fits in my back pocket beside my minimalist wallet and I don't even notice it's there, I'm a pretty small guy, so my pockets aren't very big, but it's slim design allows me to carry it everywhere comfortably, even on a cramped airplane!10/10, I'll defienly be buying another if this one eventually dies or gets lost.

Well Built - SOLID & Bright
PROs: This is a very well built, solid pocket flashlight. The display is very handy as it always tells you your remaining battery life based on the mode your using. Very good pocket clip, came with dual output charger, (1) USB-A port & a USB-C port, included cable is A to C.It has 15, 65, 200 & 1,000 lumen, steady burn modes and you can return to last setting.CONs: What they don’t tell you is that the 3,000 lumen/TURBO mode is “momentary ONLY” as in, it only operates in that mode for about 5 seconds while you’re applying light pressure to the switch … then it times out and drops to perhaps the 1,000 mode setting until you let off switch and hit again.I’m “guessing” this is the case for (2) reasons … one, in the SUPER bright mode it DOES get real HOT and two is probably because even if you could handle the heat, I’m guessing it would smoke a charge in 20 - 30 minutes, tops‼️Because by “choice” I can’t leave in this mode if “I” chose to do so, it’s really a nearly useless feature so it gets 4 stars instead of 5.

Buttons need to be more durable. Battery needs to be larger than 1700mah
Great idea to make it slim. BUT!!!!!This thing needs to be more durable and run time needs to be longer. Fits great in side pocket but this is my second one due to smaller main switch can't handle very small drops. Switch is fragile and once it's damaged then trying to get light to work right is a pain and not worth trouble. The 2nd larger button for 3000 lumens and strobe work well and easy to access. But only 10 seconds on 3000 mode is not enough, the battery needs to be minimum 3000mah. I get it then it won't be that slim. I'm sure they'll work on a second version of the light. For now I've put it aside and went with MH12 pro. This MH12 pro is freaking awesome!!!

Easy to use
Good for price and modes easy to use but still need to read instructions. OLED display good but not sure of accuracy. Brightness appears as stated. I have the Streamlight wedge. The Streamlight wedge is $5 cheaper. The Streamlight seems to have a better more robust switch, the EDC27 switch does not seem as robust as the Streamlight. The Streamlight is a little smaller and lighter due to only 1000 lumens. The 1000 Lumens from the ED27 is brighter than the 1000 lumens of the Wedge. Overall good wide beam and easy to use and good selection of power modes. Also comes with charger that is 3A so you can use to charge higher amp devices. The charger seems to work for 9v and 12v also so must switch automatically. The ED27 is more fragile of course due to the OLED.
