I ordered this for my parents for Christmas. The first one came and the entire bottom was broken off and basically shattered ( unable to even be glued back on). Amazon replaced it and the second one had the exact same break, however this time it was a clean break. I showed it to my parents early and luckily my dad is a fix it guy so Christmas wasn’t ruined. Such a shame though because it is absolutely adorable and gorgeous. But definitely a little too breakable for $50.

Just adorable paper towel holder I purchased for my RV/camping. I will have to protect it though with kid gloves though. The first two shipments were broken in same place. Maybe it was the entire shipment? But one particular box of the product was smashed in the corner, like they actually sent it to me that way, because the shipping box was completely intact!

Not only is this beautiful and a quality item, it is so sturdy. Heavy enough for a one hand pull without unrolling 1/2 a roll or knocking over the holder. I normally use the fat rolls of towels. I do tear off 5-7 full sheets and then the roll fits perfectly. The ones I tear off I fold and grab when needed.

I tried purchasing this cute bear paper towel FOUR separate times and they arrived broken every time.

I tried to purchase this item twice - both times it arrived smashed! No damage to shipping box (leaves me to believe its not a problem with the handlers at Amazon), but factory package had a crushed corner. As much as I'd like to purchase it, I won't waste my time trying a third time!

This was a very cute paper towel holder. I gave it a 4 star because when I received this item I noticed the paint was chipping off on the bottom of the bear but other then that I loved it

This holder is cute and sturdy. Since mine is to be used on an outside picnic table, I was glad to see how heavy this holder is so it won't blow over with a breeze.
