These are great Scissors. Very sharp and they look good. They come apart for easy cleaning.

These are culinary grade scissors. Maybe not the good good; but be careful its very Sharpe. To be respected like any Sharpe knife. AAA easy to clean, comes apart and goes together very very easily. Black dipped in titanium. It can be broken down and used as two knifes I really don't use it for that but it could. They are dense sturdy and able to cut threw bone as easily as open a package so be careful with your digits the way your would a cutting knife. I like it I would buy it again. Looking forward to using it to cut large poultry, rotisserie chicken, turkey etc. Overall I use it to clean meat and cut veggies.

WE really like these scissors as they are sharp and of solid quality. Can be washed and they stay looking great with the black finish. Would highly recommend.

My wife was less than thrilled I spent “so much money” on kitchen shears but I was tired of buying cheap shears every year or so. This pair is exactly what I wanted in a pair of shears. The large handles are very comfortable to hold. The blades are very sharp and have an ever so slight serration to one edge for really cutting through stubborn things. The two pieces that make up the scissors come apart purposefully and make sharpening each blade a dream! As you have to extend the blades very far apart I have not had them come apart any time other than purposely trying to detach them.Worth every dollar spent.I hope this review was helpful to you in some way. These have been a great pair of kitchen sheers for the several months we have no had them. They feel heavy duty and of good quality, and I love that they separate for very easy cleaning!

I have had many pairs of kitchen scissors that have failed due to plastic hinge pins or handles, and blades that quickly lose their sharpness. These scissors are beautiful to look at and comfortable to hold. They are very sharp and well made, and will last. I enjoy using them for opening tight bottle caps, and there are nubs on the back of the handles that can be used to pry or unscrew. They easily come apart for thorough washing, and I expect this will also enable sharpening when the time comes. I am so happy to have plastic free kitchen scissors- not only for durability, but to keep plastic away from my food and food preparation spaces. You won't regret this purchase.
