This is a great purchase, it works well and great value for money. It kept us nice and warm. We had a small out doors area with around 15 people but it did the job for us all

Spent about half an hour trying to switch it on only to realize they had put the wrong batteries in the controller. Good product when I got it working.

Bought a couple of heaters , they were rubbish and the elements blew pretty quickly, so far so good with this one, gives off a nice heat and reliable so far, ( had for 6 months)

Comes with a nice mount, two remote controls and it is easy to use.Bought for a gazebo and when it’s on, emits a very nice warm and cosy glow. The heat output is excellent. I was worried you would have to be sitting right underneath it to feel the warmth but I has a nice reach. The remote controls are a nice feature and behave just like any remote - press a button and it is responsive. Great price and I would definately recommend.

Both remotes didn't work so wasted time trying to find out problemdiscovered it was flat batteries and replaced them, seller asked to donate to charity as an apology but was unable to do so. seller did offer to send me £5 refund so i could make a donation. should have just returned to Amazon before wasting time tracking fault.

Bought 2 of these to provide heating for our gazebo (which has 2 wood side walls & PVC covers for the other 2 sides) on cooler days or chilly nights. Good quality heater - heat output ideal for our needs. Easy to fit with the alternative brackets options provided, including giving enough space behind the heaters to avoid potential issue of 'heat too close to wood'. The electrician who installed the heaters (along with the necessary rating of cable) was so impressed he even asked for the heater details for another of his clients.

I'm using the heater inside and it blasts heat out . Because it's higher up than an ordinary heater the room warms quicker.One of my better ideas.
