Love this product; smooth and moisturizes with no smell to it

I have sensitive skin and have struggled to find a moisturizer that doesn't irritate or cause breakouts. This cream has been a game-changer for me. I used this product on my face for eczema. I have tried everything under the sun and nothing worked, or else I would suffer side effects and discontinue. Vanicream keeps my skin clear with no side effects. It took about 3 days and then I watched all the redness fade away day by day. By 10 days my face was clear. I continue to use it every night at bedtime only, as it's kinda heavy. I use it always after washing with the Vanicream gentle cleanser. Terrific stuff!

I tried the Vanicream Moisturizing Skin Care Cream, hoping it would help manage my ichthyosis. Unfortunately, it didn't quite meet my needs. While the cream is gentle and free of common irritants like fragrances and dyes, it didn't provide the deep hydration my skin requires.The texture is nice and it absorbs quickly without feeling greasy, but it doesn't seem to penetrate deeply enough to alleviate the dryness associated with ichthyosis. I found myself needing to reapply frequently, which isn't ideal for my condition.Overall, this cream may work well for those with less severe dry skin, but it wasn't effective for my ichthyosis. I would recommend it for someone with mild to moderate dryness, but those with more severe conditions might need something more intensive.
