Super easy to use, basically just rub the cream on your silver for a minute or two and wash it off. Took every bit of tarnish off of my favorite silver ring and left it shining brilliantly, and it is gentle enough that I didn't notice any scuffs or scratches. This was wonderful at removing very bad tarnish on silver plated goblets, and it shined them up with little effort. It is very creamy and doesn’t scratch. Just don’t get the sponge wet while cleaning; it makes it ineffective. I thought I needed to clean the sponge mid way through the 2nd of six goblets, but I had to grab a dry cloth to finish the job. The cloth worked very well, too. It’s good stuff!
