I cannot wear this pendant as it needs a split ring or jump ring to ensure it hangs the correct way round . I have contacted you already regarding the problem and asking you to provide a ring .I received a reply ,saying a superior was being contacted . I have heard nothing since .If you are unablle to provide a ring , sadly I will be forced to return the pendant as it looks strange hanging the wrong way round with the silver back showing and the pearl and onyx side hidden . Disappointed not value for money. And also the pendent will not stay the right way round no matter which way round you wear it. Due to the fact the pendent does not have a chain loop soldered on the top of it and the chain just passes through the centre of the charm, I guess its the old toast saying "butter side up or butter side down", due to it obviously being heavier to the front, So when around the neck and it bounces forward or when you bend over it always returns to the neck back to front.

Bought as a present for my daughter for Christmas I'm hoping she likes it

The pendant is lovely.The chain unfortunately is very thin and delicate.

I had brought this for my fiancee, and this gem is well worth the purchase, because both myself and my fiancee are both very impressed, she loves it.
