I've brought every product going to help with my 3 year olds eczema. He's had it since he was 1. This breakout he was covered all over. I brought a small tub. We did the usual bath, then head to toe thick moisturiser soak and seal. Im then reading any areas he scratches with this stuff and he immediately stops itching. His eczema is clearing up, skin feels softer where I apply it. It's absolutely lovely stuff, thick but not greasy so it doesnt upset him, it doesnt stink, the smell is very subtle and not unpleasant. I've spent a fortune on products to tackle this and this one, yes its expensive but it actually works!!! Thank you so much! After a few days we're all sleeping better because he's not waking up distressed and scratching!

The only thing that helps eczema on my eyelids. This balm is brilliant, so gentle, and after a couple of days use there's an improvement. It's also fantastic when you have a cold and your nose gets sore, and for chapped lips. A little goes a long way, so though expensive I find it does last well.

Small pot however its working miracle on my 5 yr old daughters eczema. I was beyond desperate. In February, it started as ring worm 3 patches which grew so big at the back of the neck. Tried everything the usual stuff you get from the GP including steroid creams. These thined her skin so bad. Then it started spreading right round her neck, very itchy small patches of eczema and the scratching was so bad she made herself bleed despite keeping her nails short. I was struggling to get an appointment at the Gp and thought to myself, the longer this goes own, it will spread to the whole body. So I went online at 5am after she was scratched so much I put coconut oil to try and sooth her skin. Big mistake, she reacted and swelled big style, had to use a wet towel to soothe. I felt bad, went online and started reaserching. Went on Amazon read reviews and settled for this cream and paid for same day delivery. It came around 4pm. Applied immediately and first thing, she stopped scratching. By 1am the improvement was obvious. 3 days later, her skin is mostly healed and just waiting for the dark marks to disappear, otherwise her skin is grtting back to normal. Anyone who is fedup of steroids and GP creams, this is your answer. I have never written a review but I had to share. I am happy, 'mummy, it's not itching anymore' her repeated words so now.

My daughter an granddaughters suffer terribly with eczema flare ups and other skin issues. My daughter’s skin often peels entirely off her hands. I did a bit of research and this was recommended and they love it. It’s both soothing and moisturising and causes no negative reactions (they often react to solutions). Incredibly effective. I was a bit disappointed by the size initially as I didn’t think it would last long however my daughter assures me that a little goes a long way.

Great product for elements of skin care what other products won’t give the results you want

I have been using this balm (30ml) for the last 4 years. I suffer with a rare eye condition that came out of the blue 4 years ago. At that time I was passed from pillar to post Dr's opticians, opthalmology & all I kept being told was that it was an allergic reaction to something. So everyone issued a new form of eye drop telling me "this should work". I I initally also tried to self treat with over the counter antihistamines drops. After 4 months of pain, swelling, vision being compromised & the feeling of glass in my eyes while they streamed, it was treated with a special steroid. However the skin around my eyes became very sore red and fragile & the ONLY thing that helped them heal within a week was this. The combination of all the drops also added to the severity of the condition on the skin around my eyes. This balm is not meant to slathered on as a little goes a very long way and I put it all around both eyes, top of lid, lower lid & around the sides. It is so gently that even if I rubbed my eyes the balm made it less sore but did not affect my eyes at all. One pot lasted two years & I'm now due to order a new pot but I have to say i wouldn't be without it. It is way better than vasaline which I was told to do (again only a tiny amount) but this just made my eyes blurry & did not heal the dry, irritated and very sore skin like this 'skin salvation'. Now I wouldn't use anything else so I hope they don't change the recipe 🤞

I now and again get a flare up of Eczema, my dermatologist gives me steroid ointment, very effective, but does thin the skin - this is just as effective and does not thin the skin - my dermatologist now uses it as well.

I've had problems with dry, cracked knuckles and hands that are so painful. Other moisturisers just aren't enough. I saw a segment on this (large predatory fish habitat) and how it was created for this exact reason. I am so glad I tried it because it works so well to soothe and repair dry skin. A little goes a long way, too. For my hands the little jar lasted a good while, too. I just finished it and ordered the 60ml this time.

I give it 4 stars instead of 5 curse I think it's pricey for the size. It's good, smells great, lasts long.

Repara la piel, hidrata en profundidad. Lo utilizo a diario para los labios (utilizado por la noche se tienen los labios perfectos al día siguiente) y alguna zona de piel muy seca (manos, codos o en la cara si quiero hidratarla en profundidad). Tengo la piel ultrasensible y este bálsamo jamás me provoca reacción.

This product is excellent for dry flakey irritated skin. It really helps retain the moisture and make my very allergic extremely dry skin more comfortable. I mostly used around my eyes on the lids and found no irritation at all. And you don't need to use much as it goes a long way, so product last awhile.

Desde hace muchos años tengo un brote de eccema licheniforme en la cara. Los corticoides ayudan durante unos días pero en cuanto que dejas de usarlos, el problema vuelve a brotar, y no se pueden usar a largo plazo. Compré esta crema a causa de un anuncio disfrazado de "articulo de prensa" online. Llevo diez dias usandola y me ha aliviado bastante el picor, la sequedad de la piel y la inflamación. No sé si "curará" el brote, pero por ahora me sirve.
