Dylon Hand dye Jeans Blue 41

This product is excellent!My Jean's were a pale grey colour and I never wore them. I was going to recycle them but then i had the brain-wave idea of dyeing them.Originally I was going to dye them black but then saw this blue jeans colour and went for that instead.The process was simple and easy to follow.The result though was better than expected: Two reasons why, one, the blue colour that I achieved was a true likeness of the packet colour and two, incredibly the seams of my Jean's retained their orange colour which contrasts brilliantly against the blue and looks authentic.I have included a picture of my Jean's as they now are after dyeing.One piece of advice though, heed the precaution about wearing gloves - I didn't and you can see from the pics that almost 24 hours after dyeing my Jean's and my hands are still a little blue.

Did the job on my jeans that were patchy and faded in some areas

I used one packet of Jeans Blue and one packet of Velvet Black as I prefer darker jeans. I used a double proportion of generic normal salt. I used full hot water from the tap. It's not messy if you have a large bucket and you are careful.For one that does not prefer faded jeans I like the results. I can't speak for longevity as I haven't worn them but they currently look good.

I am on trying this no on a pair of jeand seems to be working fine just waiting for a dry and fine day to hang out

Excellent and easy to use dye. I dyed two white cotton shirts in cold water and the result was perfect.

Dylon hand dye was a simple process to re-dye my jeans after accidentally getting bleach spots on them. Not exactly like new but quite happy with the results.

Only downside was delivery was slow, had to wait an extra 3 days

Easy to use and good for small amounts of dyeing, but not confined it took evenly as hard to stir it by hand for an hour!
