I bought this for my Pfaff 145 h4
Woks great and a good value. I bought a much smaller sheave (45mm) to use instead of the one it came with (65mm) for better slower control. VERY easy to understand and read directions on how to use and set controller. I sold my machine and no longer have this servo motor, but will buy another if I ever need one! Very good quality!

Installed this on my Atlas 10100 Metal LAthe
I decided to try this to replace my 1/3 HP motor. I had to drill 3 holes in the mounting plate. So far it has transformed my lathe. It runs very quiet and even at 50 RPM it has all the torque that I need. There are several uTube videos on installing these servo motor and various setups for the speed control. you can search on ebay and find the replacement for the speed control which is what I did. since the motor is sealed you dont have to worry about any swarf getting into it. Maybe it a year or two i might regret it but so far so good.

Great motor great price
If you will be using on a Harbor Freight 1x30, thr mounting holes are missing. There are indentations, but no threaded holes. For a couple of bucks, you can buy a tap kit and some M4 screws from amazon. Easy fix

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
Purchased this servo motor for my Consew 206rb-2 industrial sewing machine over 1 year ago;It doesn't have very good punching power on multiple layers of fabric and most of the time it won't even sew through the thickness the manufacturer (Consew) designed the machine for (aprox. 7/16").I make boat covers, Tipi's, trailer skirting etc et al. and this little motor struggles when sewing even just a few layers the cotton duck; moreover, the PC Board in the controller box shorted out and when I contacted customer service to try and get just the control box, it took 4 days and a lot of dumb, adolescent, no-brainier questions to come to a/their final conclusion (they suggested I take it to some local repair electronics repair shop to see if they could fix it - that was when I said GOOD BYE - All I wanted was a a replacement control box and they steered the conversation around the solution I was asking for.My review and complaint is mainly centered on their customer service and not so much the performance of the product itself. I found their customer service to be very substandard and the time zone difference delays that communication. It seems they don't even know their own product and couldn't offer or provide a simple solution or a straight answer to my simple question: "can I purchase a new controller without having to purchase the entire unit ?" It took 4 days to get adolescent and insufficient answer or possible solution -all the while my business is shut down because of cheap Chinese products - these are disposable servo setups as I see it, so when they break (and they will) be prepared with a backup of some kind because you'll get very little if no help from the company. The servo motor would be fine for small jobs or even upholstery if there's not many layers but I would not recommend it for leather, canvas (cotton duck) over 12 oz., welting on upholstery or multi layered vinyl projects. If I could give this a - (minus) star rating I would.

great motor for the price! works well, installation good
My Singer 491 commercial sewing machine worked before this new motor, but - when I stepped on the pedal to make it go, the machine would jump, off to the races! I couldn't get a slow start. I still have the same problem with this new motor, but not so much. Maybe the other more expensive motors would be better. Too bad I can't update this review after I get another one.
