Good Initial Impression
I bought this throttle body for a 2016 Jeep Patriot to correct a common issue with the vehicle. The part arrived on time and in the best packaging for a car part I have ever seen. Yes, it is made in China. Also, yes, it fit perfectly and completely alleviated the dreaded "Limp Mode" and "Lightning Bolt" warning light. I typically drive my cars until the wheels fall off, so I will update this review if the throttle body fails prematurely. Knowing what I know now, I will clean the part periodically to try to increase longevity. There are tons of videos online showing installation on various Jeep/Chrysler vehicles, and it took me (a novice) about an hour following very specific procedures I gleaned from videos.

It can be fixed
Dealership said it would cost 2,000 to fix if they could get the part. Ordered part it was here the next day hubby fixed it in 20 minutes. Runs perfectly

Having the same problem even after installation
after installation the vehicle turn on and it ran well, unfortunately after some use the same problem this part has started brand new product and it didnt work for me, we have exhausted all other possible alternatives, but it comes back with the same signal in the panel that this part is still faulty. wish I could get a refund but I am not paying to get the part out and buying another one. if you are buying please make sure return policy.
