CLEAN BEFORE USE.
In my opinion, the Vmiapxo 8 Pack Natural Driftwood for Aquarium is excellent for creating an attractive aquatic environment. It’s also great for shrimps because they can grow algae and scrape off algae from it. However, if not cleaned properly, it can make your aquarium water slightly tintedThere are a few things to keep in mind when cleaning this driftwood. You can put it in a bucket of water that has been in your aquarium for at least two weeks. During this time, you might notice a white cloud forming on the driftwood. This white substance isn’t really algae; it’s more like a fungus. To remove this white stuff, you can try cleaning it by hand, introducing fish species or invertebrates that eat it. But the best approach is to let it go away on its own before placing the driftwood in your aquarium. If you decide to boil the driftwood, make sure to wait at least 24 hours before using it, and ensure the water you use is clean Reverse Osmosis (RO) water.”In this method you might have oil in your aquarium.Hope this helps.

Great for the price
Not going to get a show piece but it’s solid spider wood for nano tanks.

Good quality
Make sure to boil before use! I got the 2-3inch ones and they fit perfectly in my shrimp aquarium and look great.

Small but what I needed
I only have a little 3 gallon tank with some shrimp. The wood is small but what I needed for such a small tank.

7 small pieces
I only received 7. Granted, one of them was two that had grown together, but they couldn’t be separated without cutting so I’m counting it as one piece. Apart from that super piece, the rest were as small as possible to fit the 4” minimum.I’d advise going on Temu, they have the same exact driftwood for half the price. Also, if you own a pressure cooker, these are small enough that you can pressure cook them for a few hours, effectively boiling them for a day without heating and steaming up your house.
