I really like this Verb shampoo and conditioner. My hair has been so soft and doesn't tangle as easy as it did before using this. It also smells clean and not a strong perfumy smell.

I've used Verb hair care before, and have really enjoyed the Ghost shampoo/conditioner plus the hair oil that they offer. It is a bit more expensive than drugstore products, but I find that it is at a more affordable price point compared to some of the other salon-quality shampoos and conditioners on the market. So, after trying a few other products for a bit and straying away, I returned to try this new product intended for added shine and gloss to hair!I have pretty wavy hair that is prone to frizz--and while I have taken a couple of other steps and use some other products to help with that (like a microfiber towel for drying hair and leave in conditioner), I am a sucker for anything that promises extra shine and gloss. I have noticed that this product does deliver on that. The scent leans more towards grapefruit/citrus-y compared to when I used the Ghost line of products. It lathers super well, and a little goes a long way with the shampoo. However, one of the first things that I noticed is that it doesn't feel like it gets the oils out of my hair completely (I wash every 3 or 4 days).While this is something to consider, I will say my hair doesn't come out crunchy or looking greasy at all after the wash. It is glossy, and sheen and frizz has improved slightly. However, it might be worth it to cycle this with a clarifying shampoo every once in awhile or something with a bit stronger of a cleanser just for concern that the ingredients and products can buildup overtime and not work as well as intended. The conditioner could be a bit more moisturizing--but I know they have a separate shampoo/conditioner line for that if that is something that your hair needs more of, instead.Another thing I noticed is that the shampoo leaves a bit of a snail-trail (for lack of better terms, LOL) after dispensing, so just be careful about wasting the product! I had no issues with packaging and the duo was shipped in a plastic bag just in case.I'll definitely continue to use this in rotation with some other 'poos and conditioners, because I believe it does deliver on adding gloss and shine as mentioned.

When the package arrived, the product was running out of the box and even created a hole in the box. Should have went to store to purchase it as the price was the same and I would have not lost some of the product. Of course, if I asked for a replacement, Amazon would have made me drive to a drop off box to return it. The purpose of buying online is for the convenience. It is not convenient to return the broken product. THE PRODUCT ITSELF IS AWESOME! Not so much Amazon’s service.

The shampoo is fine. No complaints. The conditioner is so thick its difficult to get out the bottle and I feel like I need to use way more than normal to get it distributed throughout. Not really sure its doing anything differently to the Ghost line.

I was really looking forward to trying this after hearing so many great things about Verb products. I took their hair quiz on their website and it recommended the gloss line. I have thick, wavy, color treated hair.The shampoo and conditioner have a very strong chemical scent, it's not very pleasant. It's nearly impossible to squeeze the conditioner out of the bottle, it's so so thick. My hair doesn't seem any different after using other than it gets oily more quickly than it normally does. Ugh!The leave in heat protector seems pretty good when used before using my flat iron.Overall I would not recommend this product, and I wonder if it's actually the product or if something lower quality was put in the bottles. My hair stylist has used several Verb products on my hair before and they've all smelled and worked wonderfully.

I love the product. The shampoo the conditioner and the spray in or all very nice, they smell good, and do exactly what they're supposed to. My only problem was when I received the package, the shampoo top was loose and some of the shampoo leaked into the box/packaging. It was a little messy but not as bad as it could have been.

Conditioner doesn't have that slimy feel. Yay! The shampoo make my hair feel clean, not just smelling clean.
