Good quality, sizing is not regular.
Quality of this item is really good. Feels like a real jersey. Fits really well. I ordered an XXL for my mini cavapoo who weighs about 18lbs. I usually get him a small with other brands so please be aware that this items sizing is for very small dogs. I can see it fitting a dog up to 21lbs but not more than that. I would recommend!

Like that it’s good quality. You will have to order a larger size because it runs very small. My bichonpoo is 12lbs and he usually wears a medium I ordered a XL and it fits perfectly.
