This is the third one I have bought from Amazon within the last few months. They are a great holder while they stay together. On 2 of them the clips brok off within a month and on the third one a piece of plastic that keeps the meter in the holder broke. It is still better then the case that comes with a metal belt clip so I keep buying them.

I've seen reviews here completing about the sturdiness of this clip. I haven't experienced myself. It is a little bulky, but I can forgive that as it's been holding up well. I do warn to not wear a belt that is to thin, as it can slide if so. ***Adding to review*** After 6 months of morning this clip, it broke with no chances of repair. I should have known it was about to happen considering that the swivel was getting looser and looser. Be forewarned. I won't be buying a new one.

Update! Bellow is my original review. I do want to update this and say that the manufacturer contacted me and were very apologetic for the defective item and replaced it immediately. I hope the replacement lasts longer than the original one. It was very nice of them to contact me and agree to replace it. I really do appreciate it. This product is expensive and will break. Do not spend your hard earned money on this. My son had his for less than 2 months and it broke. I submitted an email to the seller and have not heard back from them.

Case fits my pump (tslim x2) & lifestyle. Love the rotating clip. My only issue with it is that it tends to break. My 1st & 2nd cases lasted 6 months, but the last one only 3 months. I understand that it's plastic, & I clip it on/off several times a day. Regardless, I will continue to purchase as I don't always have a pocket to slip it in.

I just got a new tslim and the case from Tandem is difficult. The pump slides in and out easily and I love being able to wind the extra tubing on the clip to get it out of the way. Great product.

I liked that it was able to be rotated and was easyy to clip on and off, unlike the case it came with. However after about a month or so of on and off use,it broke. My pump kept slipping out of the case but it never fell to the ground because i have short tubing and it's attached to my bicep in the summer, giving my belly a break. Then suddenly it had a 1 inch or so long Crack making it useless. Now I'm again on the search for a perfect t slim clip case. I glue thick pieces of glitter and some spider's and peace signs to my case to "Kaz" it up but that would not affect the integrity of the case what so ever. I removed some of the glitter near the Crack after the Crack happened to try and get a more accurate picture. Such a shame. I switched pump brands after almost 30 years on the same brand and i hate everything about the t slim and now that includes all the cases that I've tried and failed. Ugh! I wish i would have never agreed to sign up for type 1 diabetes! It's not nearly as fun as i had hoped it would be! 🤪🤣😂 Someone else take the wheel please, i NEED a break!

I previously had a pump case for my tandem pump that was the tandem version of this type of case but they stopped selling it so I switched to this case. I wish it didn't spin around 360° because I want my pump to be vertical with the tubing up because that's how it's most comfortable for me. Because it rotates all around it's very rarely straight and I find myself adjusting it often because it moves a lot. The case is extremely easy to remove from the pump which isn't really my preference because if you press on the bottom of the pump with any amount of pressure the pump with come flying out. My other case allowed me to leave the case on when I did cartridge changes or charging because it has something on the top to keep the pump in the case vs being completely open. So I end up both accidentally and purposely removing the case to do cartridge changes and charging. It's kind of a fun fidget to slide the pump in an out of the case but in my ideal world it would have something on cartridge side that would keep it in place. I do get worried about my pump flying out if I'm not careful which I didn't have to worry about before. The purple is great though!

This is one of my three cases for the t:slim X2 - the "outdoors case". The pump slides in and out of the case easity and feels very secure. I don't see any of the problems mentioned in the previous design iteration of the product. It is much easier to change out than the Tandem case. It clips tightly to my waistband and works very well.
