This was offered as an option when we were about to order pork chops from Whole Foods with the bone in thick cut… I was a little skeptical but it sounded interesting and I decided to try it… OMG! SO glad we did!… I’m not gonna lie part of the positive rating probably came from trying out cooking these thick chops in the air fryer but we’ve tried a few different seasonings since cook the same way and it’s just wonderful and pork there’s some thing about the combination of the rosemary and lavender it’s not all you don’t taste it but it really enhances the flavor… Personally I like a really mild seasoning and that’s the part that works for me it’s it uses the herbs but it doesn’t overpower it just brings the flavor of the pork out seriously lip smacking, and BEST tasting pork chops I’ve ever had!
