The item is made well and is sturdy and imagine that it will last for years
This item arrived very speedily. It contains some instructions suggesting a range of stretches. The ones focused on the calf and the hamstring appeal the most to me and my needs. It gives a comforting, deep stretch that you can control completely. Underneath the item is a strip that restricts the possibility of it sliding away when you tilt and I have not had any problems with slippage etc after use on laminate flooring. I have slight balance issues so use a wall to rest my hands against sometimes. The item is made well and is sturdy and imagine that it will last for years. I have size 11 feet that are very wide and it accommodates these easily and even hobbits would get their feet on these with ease. Not the most comfortable item to stand on bare foot as it is ridged on the top to increase support and with a slight lip to rest your heel against, but have used with all types of shoes on without issue. Imagine it would be very helpful if you have issues with your Achilles tendons etc. Overall very happy and highly recommended and worth the money considering the clever design.

Works!
Ok, so it’s some plastic you stand on and I get if you don’t have severely restricted muscles or tendons you probably won’t understand the significance of these odd shaped bits of plastic... but for those of us who do these are actually very good (trust me stairs do not cut it despite what you may think, and pray your muscles stay that way for your lifetime)You do have to continue the exercises, but boy can I tell when I’ve missed a couple of days..Expensive plastic? Yes. But the ability to walk with significantly less pain? Priceless.

Stretch your Achilles Tendons while doing something else less boring!
I've recently developed problems with my Achilles tendons, and have a number of stretching exercises to do daily to stretch them. The time I spend 'walking' up the stairs while doing some of these exercises is ridiculous. Then I found these (a pair of 'rockers') and they are quite simply fantastic - they ROCK! I can be at work on the phone, whilst usinging these, stretching my Achilles tendons without wasting time. A multitasking wonder, saving hours a week building up my Achilles tendons ... Highly recommended!!!!!

Easy stretching !
After being in pain with plantar fasciitis and Achilles tendonitis I discovered these . I stand for up to 12 hrs a day and tight calf muscles have brought these conditions on . I use these 3 times a day and in between adverts if watching tv . It does help , like anything you have to keep on top of the stretching . 6 months on and it's easing . I would definitely give these a try !

Great product for stretching while sat at work
Purchased this brand as you got two, some of the other brands sell you one for the same or more expensive price. Product is accompanied by a little booklet of stretches, more are easily found with a Google search. Product can be used dual foot or single foot, I use with just one foot at a time but wanted to keep one at home and one under my desk at work. I have been using now for a week along with a night splint and there is definitely an improvement my tendonitis problem which has been there for 24 years now, at last I can walk down the stairs normally first thing in the morning instead of having to walk sideways one step and a time.

Good for calf stretches
Purchased these for calve stretches and they work really well. They put less pressure on the foot than standing on the edge of a stair.Good size, I wear size 12 shoes. Highly recommend.

Simple but effective
Simple but very effective device for treatment and prevention of my Achilles' tendonitis. Comes with instructions for treatment of other conditions too. Made of rigid hardwearing plastic which is up to the job. Would recommend.

Achieved a better stretch with out them
I found these to be a bit of a gimmic. Achieved a better stretch with out them, have to use with shoes really and if not near a wall balance might be an issue. Just feel it's £15 I'd rather not spent
