The tips don't stay on.
This device had promise. However, the silicon tips did not stay put. They would either slip and stop providing suction or just pop off. I was able to see that it could help clean the surface of the skin a little bit, but not much was in the water so does it deep clean? I didn't see evidence of it in the dirty water chamber. The suction machine from Beauty Bio worked well for deep cleaning and I saw the results in the dirty water chamber. I didn't see that in the chamber for this device. The suction was very good though. I returned it for a refund. They need to work on the design. I didn't expect much because of the price and that's exactly what I got.
