I have foliage green bag already. Is the acu camo bag made of the same material. Im wondering why the price is so much cheap

It's Non-IR, 1000-D. Very high quality. If they ever offer the same bag in black at this price, I'm getting another!!!

Are the dimensions INTERNAL or EXTERNAL measurement?

When I ordered mine, I was concerned that the dimensions would exceed carryon restrictions. I actually found that if I measured from seam to seam or zipper to zipper, the length was only about 20 to 21 inches and the width was only about 14 inches. The depth was actually more like 9 inches (without the expansion) unless you compressed. If you pack it full and let it puff out, it can get larger, but it is easy to compress it down to fit the smallest of carry-on limits, subject to weight. Speaking of weight, the black one is more like 4 pounds not the 5.5 advertised. I think that is because the 600D is much thinner and lighter than the 1000D of the camo versions.

Original. The logo is stitched in. I've had this bag for five years now and it still holds up extremely well.

Is the fabric the bags are made from waterproof?

No, if you want waterproof look for the Military Molle packs.
