I don't know if it's working or not as there wasn't a specific symptom we wanted to treat with this. We have been taking this daily for a number of months now just to help with boosting the different beneficial strains of bacteria in the gut. We even opened a capsule and mixed it into our homemade yoghurt, it did not affect the flavour. It's a smaller sized capsule and no flavour so easy to take. We take too many supplements to be able to discern what this is specifically contributing to our overall health but we trust that it's doing something. In general we are healthy with resilient immune systems, not really getting sick, once every 2-3 years for me, once every 5 years for hubby. As long as taking this doesn't affect that track record or even improves it, we're happy to keep taking it - we're trusting it's at the very least, a form of gut health maintenance.

So far so gooda day 14 will write another review after 90days of use.

There are very effective. I have taken many different probiotics in the past. They were ok, but these I found to be quite good 👍

That are doing the job I bought them for. Helps with the indigestion.

This product arrived on time and was wellpackaged. The contents is supposed to be a healthy choice for overall health. I realsied that the contents of the capsule must be allowed to stand inwater for a while before use. It had an upsetting effect upon my tummy before doing so.

Satisfaite après une cure d’antibiotiques. J’ai commencé il y’a une semaine et j’ai une meilleure digestion et une envie de fruit et légumes et de choses saines seulement. Par contre je prends 2 gélules car ce n’est pas assez dosée

Excellent product and I felt digestive improvements within 12 hours of taking a capsule along with Saccharomyces Boulardii. I have since stopped the Saccharomyces Boulardii and am now making delicious L. Reuteri "yogurt" with the L. Reuteri capsules. The one caution I would point out is that the strain of L. Reuteri in these capsules does not appear to be the same as the well-documented strain that has been popularized by a Dr. William Davis, and may not have the same effects as the strain he suggests. However, I am very happy with this brand and strain as it has certainly relieved major digestive and bowel issues that have been ongoing for me for a very long time. My fiance has also noticed improvements since we've been making the "yogurt" from these capsules, a daily routine.
