dissapointing
Came in and wicker was off of part of one of the rocking part. Was going to exchange, but I had to do a return and then order again. After realizing it was going to be $50 for shipping the new one, that made it $100 for shipping with no guarantee the 2nd one was going to be any different so I decided to keep it. Upon going to assemble it, not one of the parts had a sticker on it to advise if it was part A,B, C, or D. There were 3 different sized bolts with no explanation which one was which in assembly directions. Upon finalizing the assembly part, the product is decent, but was the first time I had a real issue and spent way too much time putting together a product that arrived falling apart.
