I've been having digestive issues for close to 7 months. Felt like this endless viscous cycle of pain, bloating and cramps after eating (especially with meals high in fat/protein/carbs). I went for this product because firstly it has all the bases covered when it comes to digestive enzymes for all the tough food groups, and they're pure and sourced from high quality ingredients (not derived from things like soy, etc.). Anyway really please this helped me, and hoping it will give my body a break until its able to produce it's own enzymes and acid at a correct level (often stress and stomach bugs can deplete this natural process, so this is a great aid for recovery).

Wow, what a great product. This is by far the best digestive enzyme on the market. Well worth the money. Noticed the difference after just a few days. If like me you eat a lot of protein (almost 300g per day personally) or if you have any digestive issues, this product will really help. I used to suffer with uncomfortable bloating and didn't feel I was digesting the foods I was eating properly. I'd tried other products in the past, none have come even close to this. It has made my diet easier, and stopped my worrying that I had a number of food intollerence issues. I would recomend this product to anyone who feels they have similar issues, or any bodybuilders who are planning a bulk cycle where you will consume a lot of food, This product will ensure you absorb most of the nutrients you take in. I have been using MassZymes for a few years now and find it to be the highest quality and best value digestive enzyme around and at a decent price for single units when compared to the US. The only slight drawback for me is the price compared when you used to be able to order multiple packs direct from Bioptimizers so would be great to be able to order packs of 3 or 6 for a discounted price.

Maszymes is one of the few supplements I am willing to spend money on. Over the past 10 years I have tried thousands and thousands of dollars in supplementation to support my gut after antibiotics and chemical poisoning. Masszymes has been one of the few products to make a substantial difference. It's made a monumental difference in my ability to digest ALL foods especially hard to digest foods in social settings! No more feeling lethargic and and sleepy, heavy in my stomach or stomach aches after meals. I also enjoy intermittent fasting with the enzymes as they give me a non-stimulating energy boost! After listening to Wade Lightheart speak, I purchased the book, Enzyme Nutrition and now understand the importance of enzymes as an extremely important class of nutrients! I would highly highly recommend this product to anyone whether they have digestive issues or not this product will make a difference.

Haven’t noticed much difference after taking them for three weeks. 3 capsules per meal is a lot, would prefer 1 larger capsule per meal. Recommended by my fitness coach so will continue to take them

I was a tad hesitant buying this mainly due to others having a reaction with allergies or bloating etc. I took the gamble and so glad I did as my digestion has improved and I am now eating foods that was causing problems not to long ago. I do 3 before food and 3 halfway through a meal for optimum effect. Note: if a problems arises with enzymes its not the product, its the person unable to tollerate it. I would suggest upon taking for first time, only take 1 capsual or even break open and sprinkle half on food to see if a problem arises.
