Correct descriptions made by the seller. Heavy duty, well-made, good quality overall. The "Extra Hooks" seem to be strong but they feel quite small for the hanging straps and size of the sand bag.

I find these sand bags nicely made and am happy with this product. I have read some negative comments which I disagree with. Some people are annoyed that they do not come filled with sand. Sand bags do not come filled with sand, that’s normal, you have to get your own sand. Would it make sense to ship sand bags filled with sand?Some people complain that sand leaks from zippers. You have to put the sand into zip lock freezer bags or similar container and then put it the sand bags. I went the easier route but a little more expensive. I bought 5lbs bag of fish tank sand from a pet supply store. It is already packed in a heavy plastic container. I still put the whole fish tank bag into a zip lock freezer bag and then put it into the sand bag. No mess, no leaks.

I ordered these to fill 1 with sand and put on top of a speedbag stand. Worked great, until I realized the bags are leaking the sand out of every seam. I'm going to try filling up ziplock bags w/the sand and then putting them into these bags, hope it works out better.

These are great to have on hand for either pop-up or smaller standing soccer goals. Just fill with sand and keep them stored for the next time you'll need them. They're especially awesome because they split in the middle and can straddle anything you put them across giving you more stability.

They work great. I used small drainage gravel. If I bought them again I would use sand.

We bought these for holding down a couple rocking chairs and a table on the front porch as we get a lot of high wind days here. The bags are great, and hold alot, work very well. However, we want something not as visible from the street. Looks weird. Will search for an alternative and use these bags for something else or return them, only because they are much larger than needed.

At first I thought they were good, BUT, after using them once, I went to pick one up today and it ripped open and made a big sand mess ! !I looked at the date I received them, I’m 2 days too late to return.So buyer beware !
