Great for shoulder injury
Got this shoulder pulley for my mom after a shoulder injury, and it’s been a game changer. It works just like the ones in physical therapy, she’s able to do her rehab exercises right at home. Installation was super easy (took just a few minutes), and even though it makes a slight noise while using, it doesn’t affect the performance at all. It’s helped her improve mobility and reduce pain. Highly recommend for anyone recovering from shoulder injury

Rotator Cuff Exercises
Good, solid heavy duty. Handles are comfortable. Not taking a star away, but door hanger is solid and heavy, so my door doesn’t close the whole way with it on.Pulley is good to allow me to practice good range of motion.

Works just like rehab center one. Squeaks.
This was purchased for post rotator cuff surgery rehab. Works just like the one at the rehab center. Easy to install and take down each time. Didn't leave a mark on the door. Didn't pull the door. But man, it squeaks! It's loud! But for the purposes of rehab, this is going to help so much in between appointments. Feels solid. Handles are comfortable. The motion up and down is smooth. It's small, so it can travel well. Very happy.

Well made and sturdy
It is very simple to hang and adjust to my height and needs. The hanger is thin but very sturdy; it'll last a long time. The pulley is very smooth and quiet, I've used others that squeaked.The range of motion it allows is perfect, and it even has a marker to track your progress. It is well-designed and well-made.

Great Shoulder Pulley...You will love it!
You will be well pleased with this shoulder pulley! It adjusts very easily and holds that position well and allows for a good work out. This is my 2nd pulley purchase and I am MUCH happier with this item than my earlier one. It is well made and well worth the money. Happy stretching....

Works good after I modified it.
I modified this to be a single cable pull and the other end attached to a skull cradle to create traction for a upper neck injury.
