Really high quality!! It’s one of my favorite snacks, I just wish it was carried in stores by me.

I’ve tried 3 of their flavors now - Six Mix, Zucchini and Tomato.The Six Mix and Zucchini were solidly 5 ⭐️. I LOVE okra, so I knew I would love the Six Mix. The zucchini chips were equally delicious. Both of these were everything you’d want in a snack. Crunchy, salty, and with the veggies flavors still front and center. Delish!So, it was with certainty that I knew the tomato would be equally delish. After all, tomatoes are one of my marooned on a desert island foods. Boy, was I wrong. They’re more puffy than crunchy, which is fine. And they’re plenty salty. But the flavor is basically tasteless. If you’re fantasizing, like I was, of a thick summer tomato’s rich, sweet flavor, you’ll be sorely disappointed. The flavor was more like a greenhouse tomato you’d find in January in a cheap grocery store in Minnesota. I’ve got 5 bags of the tomato that I have no intention of eating and am considering which of my neighbors will be the least discerning to give them to.I wouldn’t hesitate to order 6 bags of the Six Mix and Zucchini, but they haven’t been in stock for a month. Also, the Six Mix and Zucchini were so, so, so good that the lousy tomato only took away one star.

It is surprising how well these taste and let you get the health benefits of eating onions/vegetables. If you are like me and try to eat vegetables every day, these are great to bring with you on a trip where it’s not always so easy to find good vegetables to eat.

I love the Six Mix and first discovered them at Sprouts. Since then, I have purchased them many times through Amazon and then on the Root company page. Lately I have had a harder time getting them and I just hope that they continue to be made. They are very spendy, which is tricky, but so, so delicious!

These are delicious. Fresh. Great quality. There isn’t a vegetable I don’t like.

Wow! These dehydrated tomato slices are out of this world! Very lightly salted. Two (supposed) servings per bag with only 15 mg salt for each serving. You'll have to fight me to get the other serving though!The chips are not super dry... and are still puffy with some substance to them. Thats what makes them so good. Would love to try all the flavors. Gluten free and Non-GMO. Just wish they were Organic, as they come with free pesticides.

I had purchased these because I had fallen in love with Trader Joe’s onion chips and we don’t have a Trader Joe’s in Alaska. I opened the first bag and it smelled bad, like they fried it in old oil. I thought maybe it was a one off and opened all six bags and all six were bad. I emailed the company and did not receive a reply. They are not expired, so I don’t know what went wrong.
