The cabinet was packed very well. They encase the edges with metal corner braces so in the event the corner of the box gets damaged the panels will not be affected! Very easy to assemble. I would definitely recommend.

I am revising my earlier review. First and foremost because of the rapid response by the supplier to resolve my issues. Quality issues happen, just a fact of life. What is rare is when a company jumps to make good on a quality issue. This company responded to my review immediately and took steps to fix it.This cabinet is also quite attractive. It is suitable for a home office or even a business office.It is also quite sturdy. I would order it again and I recommend it to anyone wanting a nice storage cabinet.The steel trays to protect the ends of the cabinet during shipping is a plus also.

Both side panels came dented, which we could have lived with since that's just cosmetic, but the door assembly is also defective and once you close it, you can't get it back open. The top latch won't disengage regardless of whether the door handle is turned or not. Now we've got our stuff stuck inside and we have to deal with the hassle of scheduling a company to come out and pick up the already assembled cabinet so we can get a refund. The only place this thing should be going is the curb. Would not recommend AT ALL.

It was easy to assemble, and it looks great

I am satisfied with the size, quality and the beauty of the product! When I placed it in my living room, it appeared as though it was one of the room futures and blended with the refrigerators being black! Almost everything could fit inside! The plus was the lock and keys! You just have to assemble or ask for help from technically inclined family members to put it together in case you are like me who don't like to install and assembly products. That will reduce the frustration so have someone in mind to help you!

Works for what I need. You’d think by 2023 they could package items so they are unable to warp or get dented/scratched

I am giving this rating because a screw came damaged and has halted my whole setup process. I was not able to screw this L screw in. I was literally almost at the step of putting the shelves but now I have to wait in hopes that the company will send this screw. It doesn't look like a screw I've seen but may have to try seeing what I find. Overall, the setup so far isn't that bad.

The cabinet is great. Sturdy and easy to assemble. I had a little trouble with a missing part and unlike every other seller who wants you to ship the whole package back, they drop shipped the part from their warehouse right to my door. I really appreciate that level of customer service. Overall highly recommended.
