Otex Express

I bought these ear drops after dealing with blocked ears and stubborn wax build-up that was starting to affect my hearing slightly, and honestly I wish I had tried them sooner. I would of used standard olive oil drops before with very mixed results, but these made a noticeable difference much more quickly. The first thing I noticed was how easy they are to use. The bottle is straightforward, the drops go in easily without making a mess, and you only need a small amount each time. I followed the instructions carefully and within a short time I could already feel the wax starting to soften and loosen. What impressed me most was how effective they were on hardened wax. I’d been struggling with that blocked, muffled feeling in one ear for quite a while, and after using these consistently the pressure and blockage noticeably improved. It genuinely felt like my ears were finally clearing properly instead of just temporarily softening the wax. I was slightly worried they might sting or irritate the ears because some stronger ear drops can feel uncomfortable, but these were actually much gentler than expected. You can feel them working slightly, but it wasn’t painful or unpleasant at all. Another thing I appreciated was how much easier it made cleaning afterwards. The wax became far softer and easier to remove naturally compared to before, and I can completely understand why products like this can help reduce the need for syringing or microsuction appointments. I’ve also found them really useful for maintaining ear hygiene before wax becomes a bigger problem. Since using these occasionally, my ears feel much clearer overall and I haven’t had that same heavy blocked sensation returning. The bottle size might look small at first, but because you only use a few drops at a time it actually lasts longer than expected. The packaging also feels professional and trustworthy compared to some cheaper ear care products I’ve seen online. What surprised me most is how much relief I got from something so simple. When your ears feel blocked, it affects concentration and comfort more than you realise, so finally getting that clearer hearing feeling back was genuinely satisfying. I am really impressed with how quickly and effectively these worked. Simple to use, gentle on the ears and genuinely effective for stubborn hardened wax. Definitely one of the better ear care products I have tried. If you’re struggling with blocked ears or excessive wax build-up and want something effective before considering professional cleaning, I would absolutely recommend giving these a try.

I had this inside my ear for 10 years, it constantly poked my eardrum and would always get blocked with water, or block my hearing if it moved slightly. It was as hard as a rock, so I used Otex Express, for 5 days, entire bottle, final day absolutely drenched my ear until it was overflowing, laid there on my side for 2 hours to be sure. A week later I used one of those ear cameras to poke the wax plug; it was soft but wasn't coming out, so I used an ear water pipette, head to the side, and it all fell out. Unfortunately my hearing isn't as good as my other ear, it's been about 3 weeks, so I'm going to assume because I left it so long, damaged, but the relief is amazing. The fact this product can do this, is amazing. I recommend the camera and pipette products just incase it needs a little extra help, but without Otex it would have remained a solid rock, so it's definitely needed, the essential part of removing wax. It works! No irritation, just a nice bubbling feeling. No scent. Very easy to use.

They work okay especially if your ear isn’t to built up. But if you’ve got plenty of build up I wouldn’t recommend.

This worked for me. I have had mild hearing issues for months following a lengthy cold, making my tinnitus worse than ever. I have tried various methods in the past and never really seemed to be that effective. However, after 3 days of using the drops twice a day, as recommended, followed by a good session of washing through with a manual handheld ear pump syringe, and was rather shocked at how much wax was dislodged. It didn't fix the tinnitus, but my hearing has significantly improved. Worth every penny.

Better than most

How to use- 1. Put 3-5 drops in your ear that’s facing the sky while laying on your side. 2. Brace for fizzing if it bothers you as it will bubble in there’s wax as the oxygen breaks it up. 3. Remain like that for up to 10 miniutes, 2-5 is usually what most do but if you know there’s a lot, up to 10 can be better. 4. Turn over and let the ear drain onto tissue , this is to coat the whole inner ear and remove the excess liquid. 5. Whil draining one ear you could do the other, however if you know both ears are bad, it is advised to treat one ear at a time to prevent temporary hearing loss as it can cause wax the swell and block the ear while clearing it. 6. Repeat twice a day for 3-5 days and go to the doctors if problem persists as excess use can irritate the ear. 7.enjoy hearing I had been dealing with an ear feeling slightly muffled and full for a week and my usual sodium bicarbonate ear drops were doing nothing but giving me slight random pains. I decided to try a stronger option, which were these and I will say it completely blocked my left ear, to the point I couldn’t hear to well from it, and when I tried rinsing and flushing with warm water, it only got water trapped in it, which I had to carefully suction back out, and no wax! However I stuck to using them and the fizzing took some getting used to, but I woke up again one morning and could hear, and my ear finally felt unblocked and like there wasn’t something constantly in it! My hearing was clearer and I now use them every few weeks and they usually get rid of any build up after one quick use. I do get some icky runny wax the next day after that I clean using a q tip around the outside of the tunnel (not inside the ear) to get rid of this and I’m set for a while unless I get a cold! Side effects - I did lose hearing while it fixed the issue but this resolved a couple days later. Sharp random pains up neck towards the ear and behind ear when wax was swollen and breaking down. This lasted a couple miniutes when it happened and I think I had a bad build up which caused it. Water easily got trapped in shower during this time and had to spend a few miniutes each time releasing the water. Muffled hearing Would advise!!

Amazing works really well. easy to use gentle on the ear and didn't irritate - cheap and value for money

Super easy to use and cleared a blockage in my ear and didn't receive any side effects from it's use The only issue I came across when using this product is that is has a rather bad smell due to the urea used in the ingredients lists and the bubbling sensation on your ear can be uncomfortable However it works and for that I would recommend this to others

Holy moly! This is the real deal! I used it on my son’s ear who had impacted ear wax and it worked in 1 treatment! We used to use debrox and my son could not tolerate the drops for days so his treatment results are usually sub par. I saw this one and tried it with no expectation. Last night I gave my son 5 drops in his left ear and today, i tried to scoop out the wax with those ear wax scooper with camera and omg, suddenly i was able to scoop out a huge chunk of ear wax! It looked like a tiny pistachio and it was gross! My autistic kiddo was surprised to see that came out of his ear. Now he wants me to put drops in his other ear so we can clean it tomorrow. Otex is a little pricey but worth it! My kiddo is so happy he can hear again 💙👏🥳

OMG ,,, really work for my son ear wax that was too hard and i tried everything before . Nothing wirk . Then i check reciew of this product and really its amazing. Must try if you have really hard wax issue

kötü ürün. kesinlikle almayın. kulağa filan iyi geldiği yok.

I recently found this stuff after becoming frustrated that my ear wouldn't unclog after 4 months. Used it for a week and then went to my doctors office to have it flushed and whammo, it came out like a charm! Highly recommend this stuff - loved it so much I bought some for my dad!

These work great, have tried every other brand. Left the drops in for 20 minutes, used a power washer. Got lots of sticky hardened wax out.
