The quality is very good! I mistakenly ordered it without pillow shams because I didn’t read the description correctly. So, if you need also the pillow shams make sure you order the one that has it. Anyway, I am very happy with this purchase and I really like the silver color, which is actually a light (not pale) grey.

I love the pin tuck look and the 100% cotton feel of this duvet. It looks much more expensive than it was!!

This duvet cover is good quality, minus the zipper. While it works it is as temperamental as a hormonal teenager. Just be extra nice to it, but firm when needed and it will obey. If you have shedding dogs (lab, golden, pit, boxer, or any mix/rescue green like our freeloaders), this isn’t the best fabric. You might as well buy a whole bunch of Velcro, see it together and toss it on you bed. I think I need to go back to microfiber or a thinner cotton. This fabric is nice and thick, but it holds onto dog hair like a leach onto a flesh wound. You ain’t brushing it off. Also, was a bit disappointed it only had the corner ties for the comforter insert. When you are buying an oversize comforter the size of a small country and then stuffing into a cover of the same size, you need all the help you can get. Without the ties in the middle points on the side, if it doesn’t fluff correctly, you are wiggling up into this thing like you are re-entering the womb. When you have to wash and change something like this as much as I do with the dogs and ranch life……. This isn’t the best fit for us. BUT, if you don’t have shedding dogs, don’t mind arguing with a zipper from time to time and like to crawl into dark spaces, this cover might be for you. It is good quality and very attractive.

This is a beautiful duvet cover and the fit is perfect!

Before the duvet cover arrived, I received notice that I had to pay import fees. This was not mentioned during the purchase process, so I contacted Amazon who referred me to the third party seller. The vendor immediately refunded me the cost of the import fees - even before the duvet cover arrived! Once it arrived, there were small dark spots in one corner, almost like grease stains. I contacted the vendor again, offering to wash the cover first, but they immediately sent me a new cover (and no issues with import fees second time :) The customer service was fast, professional and easy to deal with. The duvet cover and shams are a bright white and very soft. They washed up great, no issues, just a quick tumble dry and back onto the bed. The ties in the corners really help keep the duvet in place (my last cover didn't have that feature). Very happy with the product and especially the customer service.

Great service, quick turnaround for our custom size requirements. The photos don’t exactly represent the actual colour. We’re happy with what we received. Just know that this light blue colour is brighter than the photo.

In all the years I have had a duvet, I never before found a cover that keeps the duvet in place. Even with clips, the duvet would always slide down. I have had this duvet cover for 3 months, and without using clips or ties the duvet stays put.

Size of pillowcases didn't much. Color is more brighter than in a picture, not a pastel, more aggressive. But sailer was very nice and madeA preposition to produce with my sizes.

Really love how soft and light this duvet cover is. Came out of the wash beautifully. The only thing I didn’t like is that it’s too short. I wanted it to hang at the end of the bed. Otherwise , love it.
