Does it shrink in the wash?

All cotton products will shrink. Being a blend I would expect 3 to 4 %. (Retired textile executive)

186cm, 70kg, what size should I get? Thanks.

One of the product photographs is a size chart which includes body measurements. Since not everyone with the same weight and height is shaped the same, we suggest using that size chart to help you select the size that would best fit your body type.
