Bought as a gift and the grandchildren love it ! Very versatile and can change the track for different outcomes ! The package came on time and was not damaged! As I tried to illustrate in the pictures, I didn't follow the typical building model. However, my complains are not caused by that. My biggest one is the track system on the "cars", they are not tight enough and tend to wobble around, reminding me of early hot wheels tracks that would create too much bouncing and movement in the structure to be sound and therefore stay together. The only other would be the consistency of the part fittings. Most fit together nicely and stay together, however you do run across those parts with loose fittings here and there which I salt with hot glue. Overall, this is a great product and much fun for kids.

Lots of fun. Plastic is okay but already showing signs of fatigue. Had to glue one of the carts together because it cracked on all four threads mounts after coming off track first day.

I got this for my 10 year old who developed an interest in bridge building after a school assignment. Some of the string projects needed adult assistance but overall he had fun building the structures and learning some engineering basics.

I wasn't sure if this would be too much for a 7 year old but he loves rollercoasters and building so figured we could build with him if needed. The step by step instructions were very helpful and after the first 2 simpler builds that were straight and a hill, my son was able to build this mostly by himself. He tested and manipulated the loops to get it working and then explored putting coins in the carriage to weight it as different positions and weights. It was really good fun and unintentionally educational. The cost was definitely worth it. As he gets older reading the book and the controlled experiments will be great. For now it is fun.
